Frequently Asked Questions

When would be the best time to start my rental search?

Typically the best time to start searching is 60-90 days prior to your preferred move-in date. The reason for this is that residents give a 60 day notice to move out. Because of this, the majority of new availabilities occur near the end of the month. Sometimes people have to move unexpectedly due to job changes or other unexpected events, so we suggest you check with us at any time in case something unexpected is available sooner.

Are there a variety of floor plans to choose from?

Yes, we offer thirteen (13) floor plans ranging from efficiencies to three bedrooms, so we have something to suit everyone's needs. Please visit our Floor Plans page to view the different styles we offer and availability.

Do I need to setup an appointment?

Finding and securing the perfect apartment is easy, and an appointment is not always needed. However, we encourage you to call ahead so that one of the leasing team can set aside some time to understand your needs, take you on a tour of the community and show you all the great amenities we offer. Just visit the community during regular office hours (click here to find out when we are open) and one of our friendly leasing team will be happy to assist you.

What should I bring when I visit the community?

It's a good idea for you to bring a picture ID (i.e. driver's license or passport) since this will be needed for your tour. Oh, and don't forget your checkbook as you will need this when you find your ideal apartment home and want to secure it.

    Are there move-in specials available?

From time to time we do offer great-value move-in specials. Please visit the Floor Plans page for current pricing and availability, or contact the leasing staff to learn about any special promotions we have.

    What lease terms are available?

From time to time we offer alternative lease terms to suit your needs other than the standard seven or twelve month's agreement. Please inquire about current lease term offerings.
